Problem: Client was unclear on how to share knowledge and wisdom, limiting belief systems, fear of being seen, lacking confidence in their voice, lacking vision clarity, self doubt crippling expansion and growth, and unsure of how to monetize creative gifts while using social media.
Service Intervention: Creator Identity Shift Program (8 weeks)
- Deep guided meditation sessions to help reestablish empowering beliefs. These meditations helped repair the client’s self image and helped extract creative gifts.
- Visibility practice to help integrate the new identity and helping the body register being seen and felt as feeling safe.

- Advised that the client implement writing and journaling to gain vision clarity, to extract creative ideas and free up mental real estate.
- Limited screen time and introduced a creation over consumption policy for all digital media.
